Donations are voluntary contributions toward the Trust's charitable activities. Donors are responsible for entering accurate name, email, phone, amount, and other required information before payment.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through the configured PayU payment gateway. Payment success, failure, cancellation, and settlement may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card network, UPI provider, or other payment intermediaries.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, offensive, or fraudulent information. You should not share OTPs, UPI PINs, card CVV, net banking passwords, or other sensitive credentials with anyone claiming to represent the website.

Content Ownership

Website content, branding, text, layout, and materials are provided for Human Right Foundation unless otherwise credited to third-party providers such as image/CDN/font libraries.

Limitation of Liability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. Human Right Foundation is not responsible for payment gateway outages, bank-side failures, incorrect donor entries, network interruptions, or third-party service issues beyond its control.
